Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, where applicable.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, COREHUB will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
